Join us as we embark on our first ever LunaFit Couch to 5K Challenge! This 4-week challenge is designed to help increase your cardio endurance, lose body fat, and get in shape! & especially to help those who want to complete a 5K and beyond, do it! We will meet a few agreed-upon times a week to walk and run as a group and gain the proper running techniques and training. At the end of the challenge, we will run a 5K together!
With your entry fee, you gain unlimited gym access, training workouts, an online community motivational group, and access to personal trainers to answer any training questions you have! Challenge Dates:
