Veggies, Turkey, & Egg Whites Breakfast Muffins!

Make these at the beginning of the week to enjoy on the go during the week!


  • 3 Oz Cooked Ground Turkey

  • 3 Egg Whites

  • 1 Cup Of Finely Chopped Cauliflower/Broccoli

  • ½ Cup Of Oats

  • Garlic Salt


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Combine ALL ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and whisk. Using a single serving size oven-friendly dish (or two muffin tins) pour the mixture in and place it in the oven for 8­-10 minutes.

Remove and serve with your choice of sauce or seasoning.
