Enjoy Pizza For Breakfast!



  • 1 cup of finely diced

  • cauliflower

  • ¾ cup egg whites

  • ½ cup ground oats

  • ½ small tomato

  • Oregano & salt to taste


Add about ¼ cup water to cauliflower – use steam-friendly container and cook for about 5 minutes at medium power until soft. Mix cooked cauliflower, ground oats, eggs & oregano/salt in bowl. Heat skillet to medium heat, grease with pam, then add egg mixture and bring to medium-low heat, placing lid on top to trap steam. Wait about 4-5 minutes then flip mixture and cook until firm. Remove from heat and top with sliced tomato plus a seasoning of choice.
