Lemon Water For Weight Loss
Lemon water is one of the most popular flat tummy drinks. It’s simple to make and easy to include in daily routines. Some recipes have lemon and ginger water.
Claim: Burns belly fat, detoxifies the body, stimulates digestion, and boosts metabolism.
Reality: Lemon water isn’t magical. Studies show that lemon detox programs may support fat loss, but this is mostly due to calorie reduction. Replacing sugary drinks with lemon-infused water can help you lose belly fat, but lemon water itself doesn’t melt belly fat.
Apple Cider Vinegar For Weight Loss
Apple cider vinegar (ACV) for weight loss has been around for decades. It first grabbed attention thanks to Dr. D.C. Jarvis’s 1959 book Folk Medicine. Now, it’s a staple in all those viral “drink this and shrink your belly” posts.
